Located on the southeastern coast of Cheung Chau Island, it offers crystal clear water, fine sand, and nice scenery.

  1. How to Get to Cheung Chau Tung Beach

Getting to Cheung Chau Tung Beach can be a bit challenging, but the journey is worth it. The beach is accessible by a 30-minute hike from the main ferry pier or a 10-minute walk from the village of Tung Wan.

f you’re coming from Central, take the ferry to Cheung Chau Island, and then follow the signs to Tung Wan. From there, follow the path along the coast until you reach the beach.

Cheung Chau Tung Beach is a small and peaceful beach. The water is shallow, and the waves are gentle, making it an ideal spot for families with kids. The sand is soft and white, and there are plenty of shaded areas where you can enjoy a picnic or a nap.

Aside from swimming? and sunbathing, there are many other things to do at Cheung Chau Tung Beach. You can explore the nearby hiking trails, which offer stunning views of the beach and the surrounding hills. You can also rent a kayak or a paddleboard and explore around the beach. If you’re into fishing, there are plenty of spots where you can cast your line and catch some fish.
